Now there’s a meeting with the diet coach scheduled for tomorrow evening, and I’m avoiding thinking about what the outcome might be. Will I be confronted with failures?

I’d rather not face that conversation, but it’s looming, a pressure ready to surface all my doubts and uncertainties.
