  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Meatballs:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
