- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 ½ cups of beef broth or water
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles (optional for serving)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cube Steaks:

- If you want, lightly brown them in a skillet with oil over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes per side. This adds extra flavor but is optional.
- Layer in the Crock Pot:
- Arrange the sliced onions at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- Place the cube steaks on top of the onions.
- Make the Sauce:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce (if using), and beef broth or water until smooth.
- Cooking:
- Pour the sauce over the steaks, ensuring they’re well covered.
- Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 4-5 hours, until the cube steaks are tender.
- Thicken the Gravy (optional):
- To make the gravy thicker, 30 minutes before the end of cooking, mix the cornstarch and water to form a slurry. Stir it into the Crock Pot, cover, and cook for another 20-30 minutes.
