Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bacon:
    • In a large skillet or pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Stir occasionally to cook evenly.
    • Once done, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain, but leave about 1-2 tablespoons of the bacon grease in the skillet.




  1. Cook the Potatoes:
    • Add the baby potatoes to the skillet with the reserved bacon grease. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are browned and fork-tender (about 10-15 minutes). You can cover the skillet to help them cook faster.
    • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
  2. Cook the Green Beans:
    • While the potatoes are cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes. Drain and immediately transfer them to an ice bath to stop cooking. This keeps them crisp and vibrant.
  3. Combine Everything:
    • Once the potatoes are cooked, add the blanched green beans to the skillet. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables, then sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning mix over everything.
    • Stir well to combine and coat all the ingredients in the seasoning. Cook for another 3-5 minutes to let the flavors blend.
